It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Beverly Evon Strom of Cadillac, Michigan, who passed away on April 17, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Elmer and Edna Maude Mishler (Miller); her former husbands, Robert T. Hesselink and Charles E. Strom; her son Dane Hesselink; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Hesselink; and her siblings, Guinevere Thompson, Kenneth Mishler (Elaine), Marion Thompson (Herman), Dorothy Johnson (Lawrence) and Everett Mishler (Gladys).
She is survived by: her husband Chuck; her children, David Hesselink of Harrietta, Dennis Hesselink (Tam) of Cheboygan, Daryl Hesselink (Natalie) of Cheboygan, Darwin Hesselink (Christine) of Cheboygan, Dawn Hesselink-VanAmberg (David) of Commerce Township and Doyle Hesselink (Carol DeFour) of Cadillac; her stepchildren, Martin Strom of Farwell, Randy Strom (Cindy) of Virginia Beach, VA and Renee James (Dennis) of Mount Clemens, Michigan; and her brother Larry Mishler (Alice) of Plymouth. She is also survived by 41 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cherry Grove Church of the Nazarene (8450 S 29 Rd, Cadillac, MI 49601). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Cherry Grove Church of the Nazarene.
