She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Watson and Edna Lee Ford (Davis); her spouse Billie R. Whitley; and her son Donald Whitley. She is survived by: her children, Velma Stimpson (Randy) of Taylor, Richard Whitley (Terry) of Ada and Duane Whitley (Mary) of Tustin. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
