He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald A. Seaman and Jeannette Seaman (Steenhoven); his brother Frank R. Seaman; and his parents-in-law, Donald and Jane Budzinski.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Kelly Lynn Rice (Kelly M.); and his grandchildren, Olivia P. Rice (Alex Rosensteel) and Braden M. Rice. He is also survived by sisters and brothers in-law, numerous nieces and nephews and so many special friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or American Lung Association.
