She was predeceased by: her parents, Suzanne Spear and Harry G. Spear; and her siblings, Susanna J. Brown, William A. Spear, James F. Spear, George H. Spear, Clarence P. Spear and John D. Spear.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Salay (Bob); her children, Lisa Salay (Chris) and John Salay; and her siblings, Mary Jane Goad of Fort Worth, TX and Louis Spear of LaPorte, IN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family would like to encourage donations in Annie's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, in lieu of flowers.
