She was predeceased by: her mother Kellee Sue Evens; and her grandparents, Thomas Mullarkey and Cindy Evens. She is survived by: her father Scott F. Mullarkey; her sister Lauren Mullarkey of Wyoming, Michigan; her grandparents, Charleen Mullarkey of Apopka and Todd Evens of Hoxeyville; her foster parents, Benjamin Hicok and Chelsea Hicok; and also Alice of Cadillac.
