She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Polinsky and Evelyn Polinsky (Lux); and her brothers, Tom, Richard, Louie, Russell and Buck.

She is survived by: her husband William; her children, William Sullivan III (Star) and Cathy Reyez (Jesse); her grandchildren, Carrie, Nick, Jesse and Krystal; and her great grandchildren, Keira, Chloe, Kaelyn, Jazalynn, Kyendrah, Dakota and Benny.
