With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Gail McRae (Byron, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on July 14, 2019 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman August and Sally Marie Smith (Richardson); and her sister Mary McEvoy. She is survived by: her son Bud; her husband Mike; her children, Beth Butcher (Ben) and Michael; and her grandchildren, Benjamin and Faith Butcher.

Sharon always wanted to own her own food pantry, so please consider donations to the St. Mary Outreach Food Pantry, or the Byron FFA.
