Sharon Lindhout-Jonker Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Lindhout-Jonker of Byron Center, Michigan, who passed away on January 17, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sharon Lindhout-Jonker to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lindhout; her parents, Jay Oeverman and Nellie Oeverman; her brother Gordon Oeverman (Evelyn); and her brothers-in-law, Gord Hulst and Dave Anderson.

She is survived by: her children, Rob Lindhout (Donna), Rick Lindhout (Beth), Diann Fisk (Casey), Linda Visser (Duane), Diane Seeley (Tim), Steve Jonker (Sue) and Randy Jonker (Holly); her grandchildren, Ashley Sorenson (Mike), Stephie Lindhout, Mitchell Lindhout, Katelyn Lindhout, Tyler Lindhout, Alyse Lindhout, Cassidy Fisk, Carlee Fisk, Caydee Fisk, Colin Visser, Alyssa Visser, Rylee Visser, Samantha Seeley, Joshua Seeley, Dominick Jonker, Tia Jonker, Emma Jonker, Mason Jonker and Isaac Jonker; her adoptive daughter Marjalize Kirsten; her siblings, Den Oeverman (Jan), Carole Hulst, Deb Anderson, Randy Oeverman (Tarri) and Kris VerBurg (Dave); and her sister-in-law Debbie Oeverman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Byron Center. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Byron Center First Christian Reformed Church (8541 Byron Center Ave SW, Byron Center, MI 49315).
