He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; and his son-in-law Dennis Werkema. He is survived by: his children, Vickie Lynn Werkema, Debra Rae, Stephen Gage, Kimberlee Sue and Rick Heuvelman; his grandchildren, Chad Werkema, Tammy Heyboer, Alisa Sinke, Christy Gage, Audrey Nielsen, Matthew Gage, Ashley Heuvelman-Smith, Jennifer Moore and Amanda Vasquez; his siblings, Thomas Wolf, Shirley Nelson, Carol (John Wulfsen), Judy (Jay Hall) and Paulette (Ron Reed); and his sister-in-law Kathy Wolf. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren.
