She was predeceased by: her parents, Desire V. Finley-Collige and Genevieve T. Finley-Collige; and her sister Charlotte P. Brown. She is survived by: her husband David Stebleton; her daughters, Charlotte Joy Parcels (David) and Tammi Dea Kolski (Russell); and her grandchildren, Nathan David Parcels (Ashley), Ashleigh Aline Kolski and Linde Joy Parcels (Matthew West). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
