She is survived by: her daughter Becky Phelps (Brian Plunkett); her grandchildren, Joey Willhoite, Johnny, Shawna Willhoite and Megan Phelps (Joshua Deehl); and her siblings, Bobby Webb and Patricia Rowlett. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson.
