He is survived by: his mother Betty Umphrey (Arbaghast); his wife Janet Kay Nanney; his children, Scott Umphrey (Carrie), Brian Umphrey, Jason Umphrey (Tammie Osbourne) and April Baker (Omar); his grandchildren, Tyler, A. J. Umphrey, Alexis, Alexander and Xavier Baker; and his siblings, Stephanie Thomas, Jeff Umphrey, Sandra Umphrey, Debbie Scruggs and Melanie Batey.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to ASPCA and food donations for the poor.
