It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Cokley of Burton, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on November 1, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Cokley and Desoline Cokley (Fabris); his wife Marites Fabro; his son William John Cokley, Jr. (Danielle); his grandchildren, William John Cokley III, Kendayl Taylor Cokley, Ethan Charles Cokley, Henry Thomas Cokley, Quentin Oliver Cokley and Theo Hudson Cokley; his siblings, Linda Leach (Randy), Lisa Haas, John Cokley (Michaelle) and James Cokley (Ellen); his nieces and nephews, Matthew Leach (Deepti), Marianne Graham (Josh), Mark Leach, John, Kayden Cokley, Rourke Haas, Heidi Haas, Vir Leach, Siya Leach, Elle Graham and Arlo Graham; his close friend Andrew Czajkowski; his grandparents, John and Violet Fabris; his sister Laura Angel Cokley; and his brother-in-law Kevin Thomas Haas.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to James & Desoline Cokley Family Fund through the Community Foundation of Greater Flint, where grants are used for the homeless and needy or St. John Catholic Church Building Fund.
