She was predeceased by: her parents, William DeBolt and Irene DeBolt (Mattson); and her brothers, Dennis and Gary DeBolt. She is survived by: her husband Doug Phillips; her son Steven Phillips; and her siblings, Gale Fortney, Randy DeBolt (Judy) and Myron DeBolt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
