He is survived by: his wife Dana Whitehead-Hopper; his daughter Tamala Warren; his brother Steven D. Hopper (Dawn); his uncle Phil Hopkins; his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth "Libby" Hopper, Macall Doherty (Michael), Morgan Rhinebolt (Dustin), Delana Whitehead, Brandon Hampton, Josh Pierson and Matthew Hampton; and his parents-in-law, Sue and Jesse Couch.
