She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rasche and Edith Rasche (Adams); her son Charles Skinner; and her brothers, William, David, Danny and Rick Rasche.

She is survived by: her children, Stephen Skinner (Rita), William D. Skinner, Joan E. Lee (Bill) and Joyce Frost. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren.
