He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Parks and Catherine Parks (LeBrie); his wife Judith Teal; and his siblings, Bill, Vincent Parks and Mary Parks.
He is survived by: his children, Gwenn Feliciano (Eddie), Nancy Parks (Tom), Carmen Lawson (Ed), Scott Parks (Lorraine) and Michael Parks (LeAnn); and his siblings, Gary, Greg (Pam), Deborah Wilbur (Ron), Dawn Rachner and Vaughn (Kellie). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
