He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Stause; and his mother-in-law Marilyn Zubke. He is survived by: his mother Judy Stause; his wife Karina Stause (Zubke); his children, Cody Stause, Shane Stause and Allison Stause; his brother Scott Stause (Jeanine); his father-in-law Robert Zubke, Sr. (Rena Johnson); and his brother-in-law Robert Zubke, Jr. (Melissa). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
