She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Stephenson and Edna Stephenson (Carnahan); her husband Raymond Eugene Fortine; her son Raymond Jr.; and her brothers, Roy Jr., William, James and Robert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Burger and Lisa Csirke-Congdon (Rob); her grandchildren, Garrett Csirke (Jessica), Ashley Burger (Darryl Bowerman), Tommy Burger (Brittani Perczak), Lindsay Burger (Dan Kelley), Jillian Burger, Christina Fortine, Nicholas Fortine (Brittanie Elston), Jason Congdon (Crystal) and Chad Congdon (Kristina); her great grandchildren, Gage, Kaylin, Hannah, Vanna, Audric, Trevor, Haley, Blake and Lukas; and her friends, Joyce Woodard, Judy, Gary Sicard and Jeff Gray. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or Alzheimer's & Dementia Association, in Patricia's memory.
