She is survived by: her husband David Skoczylas; her daughter Tasha Keenan (Henry); her grandchildren, Devon, Gage, Gracie Mae and Nash; her stepgrandchildren, Henry, Danny and Keegan; her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Chad, Riley, Scarlett and Jayce; her siblings, Deb and Dan; her close friends, Dawn, Sue and Former; and her son-in-law Roger (Nancy). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
