He was predeceased by: his parents, William Michael Lozen and Beverly Jean; and his brother-in-law Lewis Metivier. He is survived by: his children, Courtney Bowles (Lozen) and Anthony Lozen; his siblings, Cheryl Metivier and Mark Lozen (Renee); his granddaughter Lily Bowles; the mother of his children Lynn Allen; his nieces, Jessica McClain, Chantal Lozen and Krystle Groshart (Matthew); and his nephew Matthew Dimitroff.
