She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Bailey and Louise Bailey (McDowell); her husband Robert Dann; her daughter Marquita Banks; and her friend Fred Lively.
She is survived by: her son George Dann (Connie); her grandchildren, Kaylie Edgar (Chad), Heather O'Lear (Christopher), Christina Robbins and Amanda Cech; her great grandchildren, Alyssa Nichols, Tyler O'Lear (Alyssa), Colin O'Lear, Caitlin Edgar, Kimberly Lash (Joseph), Katelyn Pemberton (Jerold), Allison Robbins, Michael Siddons, Andrew Cech and Evie O'Lear; and her sister Josephine Neubecker. She is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Adopt-A-Pet in Fenton in Maxine's memory.
