He was predeceased by: his father Robert Austin Johnson; and his brothers, Jack Sheldon Johnson and Richard Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Janet Louise Martin (Goodwin); his wife Kristen Simmons; his children, Allie E. Johnson and Noah A. Johnson; and his siblings, Sharon M. Douglas, Chad Johnson, Sandra Ford, Lorie Baggett, Jeffery Johnson, Cynthia Lemmon, Dorrie J. Johnson, Peggy Johnson Urbanski, Ladonna Johnson Taylor, Sterling Johnson and Roger Johnson. He is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
