He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Peters and Ruth Peters (Ketner); and his son James Peters. He is survived by: his wife Clela Peters; his children, Shari Davis (Dennis) and Jeff Peters; his grandchildren, Kevin Howe (Maria), Andrew Peters, Jennifer McHenry, Alicia Spence (Will), Robert Peters (Jessica) and Ashly Maxwell (Micah); and his sisters, Ruth Jones and Mary Peters. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; many other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of Goodrich's Building Fund, in Marvin's memory.
