With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry L. Skiera of Burton, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on July 29, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Larry may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Skiera and Helen Skiera (Kandow). He is survived by: his children, Alicia Skiera, Eric Skiera (Taylor), Amy VanNess (Nick) and Andrea Skiera (Claudia); and his grandchildren, Emma, Izak and Lily VanNess.
