He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth William and Martha Alice Spencer (Slater); his brother Tim Spencer; his niece Kristin Spencer; and his parents-in-law, Lyman and Merle Dow.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryle (Dow); his daughter Angela Wright (Adrian) of Marietta, GA; his grandsons, Austin, Ahmari and Ashton Wright; his siblings, Karen McDonald (Bill) and Mark Spencer; his sisters-in-law, Sue Spencer, Diane Hale (Jim) and Nancy Dow; his close friend David Crawford; his adoptive daughter Kelly Ware; and his granddaughter Torey Ware. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a local youth sports organization of your choice.
