She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Heavner and LaRaine Heavner (Packer); and her husband Donald James West. She is survived by: her son Kevin (Connie); her grandchildren, Casey (Samantha) and Korey (Katherine); her son Scott; her grandsons, Jason (Samantha) and Eric (Jamie); her son Todd (Sandy); her grandchildren, Ryan (Paige), Sara, Erin (Tony) and Dana (Chris); her daughter RaShelle (Kevin); her grandchildren, Heather (Justin), Ashley, Kami (Jason) and Kyle (Jaime); and her siblings, Dallas, Dawn, John, Sibyl, Robin, Cindy, Bryce and Tammy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Humane Society of Genesee County.
