With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judy C. (Messenger-Anderson) Mackinder of Burton, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 11, 2024 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton H. Messenger-Schukman and Grace A. Messenger-Schukman (Henry); her husband Richard L. Mackinder, Sr.; her son John A. Anderson; her siblings-in-law, Joan Messenger, Karen Messenger and Ronnie McClain (David A. Anderson); and also Jim Messenger.
She is survived by: her son Paul D.; her daughter-in-law Jackie Anderson of Battle Creek; her stepson Richard L. Mackinder, Jr. (Laura) of Rosedale, VA.; her siblings, Dan, Jerry Messenger and Della McClain; her sisters-in-law, Leslie Messenger of Battle Creek, Kathy Southern of Battle Creek and Martha Mackinder of Seffner, FL; her granddaughter Sara; and her stepsons, Mike Mackinder and Randy Mackinder. She is also survived by four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and several very special nieces and nephews.
