He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Henry, Arlene LaFayette and Leler Eddington; and his uncle Mike LaFayette. He is survived by: his son Christopher LaFayette; his grandchildren, Lorraine LaFayette and Thomas LaFayette; his parents, Henry LaFayette, Jr. and Carol LaFayette Titus; his brother Henry LaFayette III; and his aunt Sharon Cripps. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
