He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Jacob and Pearl C Burnett (Choat). He is survived by: his children, Glenda Crandell (Donald), Carma Huff (Kenneth), Richard Burnett, William Burnett (Debra), Gary Burnett and Alma Romanowski. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
