She was predeceased by: her parents, James Slusher and Essie Slusher (Carter); her husband Benjamin Hamilton; her son Wayne; her grandsons, Wayne, Allen and Benjamin; and her siblings, Dorothy and Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Cornell Hamilton, Debra Barton and Sandy Scannell (Robert); and her grandchildren, Tammy, Cornell Jr., Penny, Victoria, Lyman, Cherrie, Scott (Mary), David, Gary (Tamara) and Chad. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
