We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2021, at the age of 76, Harlan Ramsay of Burton, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Kirk Ramsay; his parents, Allen and Joyce; and his siblings, Jimmy, Billy and Madonna.

He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Tammara Lee Copeland (Scott) and Brent Ramsay (Keely); his grandchildren, Alissa, Hannah, Brooklyn, Trinity, Cole, Raegan, Elliott and Leo; and his brother Grant Ramsay (Glenda). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.

In lieu of flowers, Contributions may be made to the Veteran Outreach Programs.
