It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald T. Ray of Burton, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Ray and Ruby Ray; and his siblings, Virginia Fisher, Violet Brown, Carolina Fenton, Donna Keen, Shirley Comstock, Elaine Lee, Vern Ray Jr., Bob Ray, Leroy Ray and Bruce Ray.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Katherine "Kath" Ray (Pierce); his sons, John Ray (Mary) and Dan Ray (Stormy); his grandchildren, Felicia Maschino (Brad), John Jr. Ray (Chelcey), Andres Perez and Madison Larmie; his great grandchild John Ray III; his siblings, Barbara Wilson and Verlin Ray (Mavis); and his sister-in-law Norma Ray.
