He is survived by: his children, Joseph Alward, Elise Sweeney (Ryan), Karen Alward-Loomer and Brian Dykes; and his grandchildren, Dylan Sweeney, Cayden Loomer, Chloey Loomer, Joshua Alward and Rachel Alward.
