Barbee; his nieces and nephews, Regina, Ricky, Ericka, Sadie, Walter, Brandon, Brittany, Chris, Ashley, Erin, Stephen and Austin (Anna); his great-nieces, Emmaline, Eden and Dallas; his sister Hardy; and his close friends, Melford Edwards, Gary "Coach" Edwards, Bo Watson, Gardell Haralson, Raphael Woods, Lynn Blake and Paul Owens.
