He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Holmes and Beryl Holmes (Branum); his wife Jacqueline; his stepchildren, Joyce Graves and Danny Graves; and his siblings, Jim Holmes, Lowell Holmes, Glen Holmes and InaSue Lands.
He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Featherston of Tuscumbia, AL. and Larhonda (Joe Burnash); his stepdaughter Cindy Kraus (Ron) of Columbia, TN.; his grandchildren, James, Jason, Randi, Ryan, Reese and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Trevor, Zealousie, Azalea, Landon, Kyrah and Cassius; his great great grandchild Karson; and his sisters, Bernita Abbey (Louis) of Flint Township and Alice Sides of Grand Blanc. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
