He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Phillip Thornton (Doreen), Charlene Thornton and Debra Thornton Gurney; and his stepsons, Dean Boismier (Patty) and Eric Boismier (Mary Alice). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (1480 E Hill Rd, Grand Blanc Twp, MI 48439). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Thornton family.
