He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Wacaser and Dorothea Wacaser (Jeffries); his wife Katherine J. Teachout Waisanen; his son Charles Wacaser; his stepsons, Gregory Waisanen and Clifford Waisanen; his sisters, Marjorie Wacaser and Jean Harris; his sister-in-law Bonnie Wacaser; and his grandson Colt Mabrey.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Wacaser (Richard), Yvonne Cooper, Cecelia Parks (David), Bernard Waisanen (RaeAnn) and Lynne O'Brien (Edwin); his daughter-in-law Shawn Waisanen; and his brother Frank Wacaser. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, and many other loving family members and friends.
