He is survived by: his wife Karen Campbell; his sons, Aaron and Adam; his son-in-law Joe; his grandchildren, Jordyn, Alyssa and Gillian; his great grandchildren, Michael, Alivia, Xavier and Aviana; and his siblings, Jim Bolen (Maria) and Nancy Daidone.
