He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Elmer and Burnadette A. Parks (Lozen); and his brother Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Linda Monroe; his children, Kristina Keeling of Brighton, Lonnie Dodson (Anastacia) of Burton, Randy Dodson of Montana, Billie Jo Smithingell (Matthew) of Durand and Dale Elmer Parks of Owosso; and his sisters, Barbara Bouchard of Swartz Creek, Mary Hippensteel of Davison and Kris Carsner (Scott) of West Virginia. He is also survived by many grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
