She was predeceased by: her parents, John Barry and Pauline Barry (Hackney); her son Steven M. Forsythe; and her siblings, David Barry, Peggy McDowell and Nancy Glover.
She is survived by: her husband Dan Forsythe; her grandson Christian G. Forsythe; her sister Paula Whipple (Dennis) of Mesick, MI; and her brother-in-law Roy McDowell (Janice). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, in Connie's memory.
