It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher Scott Sloan of Burton, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on August 8, 2023, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward, Jean Siwarga, Oather and Pauline Sloan; and his nephew Gage Edward.
He is survived by: his parents, Larry Sloan and Patricia Sloan (Siwarga); his wife Michaela Reed-Sloan; his children, Jordan Curtis (Brad), Sidney Ankney (Andrew), Madylynn Sloan, Emilee Bok Sloan (Chanwoo) and Christopher Scott Sloan II (LillyAnne); his grandchildren, Maicey, Izzy, Layni and Maddox; and his siblings, Kimberly Weber (Paul) and Brian Sloan (Stephanie). He is also survived by other loving family member and good friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions be directed to the Christopher Sloan GoFundMe campaign, a tribute created in Christopher's memory.
