He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Walls and Lucille Walls (Stallard); and his brother Frank Walls. He is survived by: his wife Julie Bishop; his children, Charles Walls II (Tracy), Kathy Walls (Kevin Armstrong), Jeff Walls (Rachel), Becky Eldred (Phil) and Joe Walls (Kristi Crawley); his siblings, Dennis Walls (Jeanette) and Sharon Owen; and his sister-in-law Linda Walls. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
