He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bills and Lorena Bills; and his siblings, Thomas Bills and Kathleen Bills. He is survived by: his children, Christina Gregorre (Grant), Brian Bills, Jr. (Rachael), Cory Louisda, Dallas Coffell, Tyler Mcgalister and Casey Mcgalister.
