She was predeceased by: her parents, George Slaton and Mary Slaton (Stanley); her siblings, Wesley Thomas Slaton, Zola "Jo" White and Phyllis Slaton; and her siblings-in-law, Joyce Readman and Dale Foltz.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Foltz; her children, Stefanie Horning (Matthew) and Damon Foltz (Toni); her grandchildren, Graciana Hannah, Gloriana Hannah, Raven, Wren and Hawk Horning; and her sisters, Merkey Snyder (Sam) and Nila Slaton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
