He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Carson and Catherine Carson; and his son James Carson. He is survived by: his former wife Kathryn "Kitty" MacDormott; his wife Kathryn Carson (Kitty); his children, Joseph Carson of Port Huron, Cathy Sessor (Ken) of Port Huron, Patty Carson of Algonac, Vicki Fisher of Port Huron and John Lange of Burtchville; and his grandchildren, Nicole Cober, Justine Green (Nick), Elizabeth, Thomas Sessor, Jessica, Ronald Carson, Christopher, Timothy and Michael Fisher. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
