He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Abbott and Amelia Abbott. He is survived by: his wife Robin A. Morkal; his children, Timothy Abbott, Katherine Abbott and Andrew Abbott (Kristin); his grandchildren, Tyler, Danielle, Drew and William Abbott; his brother Gary Abbott (Christine); and his brother-in-law Ross Morkal (Sharon). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
