He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold "Skip" Randall and Joyce Floyd. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Randall; his daughter Gabrielle Randall (Garett Nesbitt); his siblings, Jim Randall (Anna), Ray Randall and Tammy Richards (Pat); his parents-in-law, Joel D. and Gladys Minchew; and his siblings-in-law, Joel D. Minchew Jr. (Hayden) and Tina Minchew. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many other family members he loved.
