She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Crawford and June Crawford; her former husbands, Ernest Eagle and Fred Middleton; and her daughters, Kathy and Laura Eagle.
She is survived by: her husband Richard; her son Mark Eagle (Raye); her stepchildren, Melissa Harp, Robin Lindsay (Anthony), Richard Harp II (Jessica), Renia Shellwells (Dwayne), Jared Middleton (Nicole) and Sirah Middleton; and her brother Carl Crawford. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
