She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Luark and Ida Luark (Rice); her husbands, Aldowayne Atwell and Walter Schmidt; her brother John Luark; her brother-in-law Gary Saunders; her sisters, Lillie Schmit and Joann Barbee; and her grandson Alonzo Atwell.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Atwell (Tami Raymond), Lonnie Atwell (Kerrie), Peggy Schlicht (Scott), Terry Atwell (Jayne), David Atwell (Theresa Boggs), Tammy Atwell (Robert Gregory) and Julie LaBarge (Mike); her siblings, Ted Luark (Dolores) and Gretchen Saunders; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Luark, Ann Bain and Many.
